Responsibilities

• Assumir a gestão técnica de clientes da área de Segurança.
• Apoiar as equipas L2 e L3 na análise e resolução de incidentes complexos.
• Liderar o desenho, a implementação e a evolução de soluções de segurança.
• Garantir a qualidade técnica das implementações e alterações realizadas.
• Definir standards, boas práticas e modelos operacionais.
• Participar em revisões técnicas, auditorias e iniciativas de melhoria contínua.
• Identificar oportunidades de automação e otimização operacional.
• Apoiar as áreas comerciais e de pré-venda em temas relacionados com segurança.
• Atuar como referência técnica para clientes e equipas internas.
• Assegurar o alinhamento entre requisitos de negócio, operação e arquitetura.
• Partilhar conhecimento e contribuir para o desenvolvimento técnico das equipas.

Requirements

• Sólida experiência profissional em tecnologias de cibersegurança.
• Experiência comprovada na implementação e gestão de soluções Palo Alto Networks.
• Experiência prévia em gestão técnica de clientes ou prestação de serviços geridos (Managed Services).
• Forte capacidade para realizar troubleshooting avançado em ambientes complexos.
• Conhecimentos aprofundados de arquitetura de segurança e redes.
• Forte aptidão para liderança técnica, mentoria, partilha de conhecimento e capacitação de equipas.
• Capacidade demonstrada para traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas eficazes.
• Experiência com Fortinet, Cisco Security ou tecnologias equivalentes. (valorizado).
• Certificações como PCNSE, CCNP Security, CCIE Security, CISSP ou equivalentes. (valorizado).
• Experiência em automação de processos e operações de segurança. (valorizado).
