About the Position
We are seeking an experienced distribution manager to oversee our logistics operations and supply chain. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transport operations, and supply chain management, with a focus on e-commerce distribution networks.

Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing distribution networks for e-commerce operations
- Overseeing transport and logistics activities
- Coordinating supply chain operations
- Ensuring the correct delivery time of products to clients
- Monitoring and improving the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of distribution
- Managing and coordinating team activities, including performance monitoring, staff guidance, and evaluation processes to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management
- Experience with e-commerce distribution networks
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
