• Gerne Quereinsteiger aus anderen Branchen mit Führungs- und Managementerfahrung (Open to candidates from other industries with leadership and management experience)
• Unternehmerisches Denken und Wille zur Selbstständigkeit (Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to be self-employed)
• Empathie und soziale Kompetenzen (Empathy and social skills)
• Interesse an den Themen Betreuung und Pflege (Interest in care and nursing topics)
• Kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse (Basic commercial knowledge)
• Die Bereitschaft Eigenkapital in Höhe von ca. 50.000 Euro zu investieren (Willingness to invest approximately 50,000 Euros in equity capital)
