Adro is looking for a Selezionatore/trice del personale per commercio all'ingrosso to join our team in Grosseto, Italy. This role offers a concrete project with ample opportunity to learn the trade and closely observe how a team is built to handle summer peaks. We are seeking someone for a wholesale trade context, with B2B activities and a strong focus on vacation replacements for June, July, and August.

Responsibilities

• Follow screening, interviews, and initial onboarding phases
• Work closely with those organizing shifts and departments
• Build an orderly workflow: publishing job ads, screening 20-30 CVs per week, introductory interviews, and updating employee records on Fluida
• Support new hires in onboarding and collecting contractual documents

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Suitable for junior profiles
• Good proficiency with Excel and digital tools
• Precision in managing interviews, calendars, and employee records
• Strong communication skills and confidentiality
