About the Position

Senior 3D Artist (Vietnam)

The Senior 3D Artist will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, textures, and environments for architectural visualization projects using Unreal Engine. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural design principles, advanced technical skills in Unreal Engine, and the ability to lead and mentor junior artists.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and environments for architectural visualization projects.
• Utilize Unreal Engine for developing interactive and immersive visualizations.
• Lead visualization projects from concept to completion.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level artists.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Unreal Engine, including Blueprints, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender).
• Strong skills in texturing software (e.g., Substance Painter, Quixel).
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and principles (i.e., Revit and CAD).

Artistic Skills

• Ability to create photorealistic textures and materials.
• Strong understanding of lighting and its impact on visual quality.

Management Skills

• Lead visualization projects from concept to completion.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level artists.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.

Education

• Degree in Architecture, or a related Visualization field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
• Minimum of 3 years specializing in architectural visualization using Unreal Engine.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for tool development and automation.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Proficient in English at a written and conversational level.
