We are seeking a Senior Account Executive for the DACH area to join our team and drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategic plans in your assigned area to win a defined number of new clients, achieve sales targets, and expand our customer base in previously untapped regions.
• Account & Relationship Management: Build relationships with new clients and identify, document, and understand client challenges.
• Sales Pipeline Development: Create a robust sales pipeline by planning backward from desired client outcomes and clearly positioning Thinkproject. Conduct compelling sales presentations to demonstrate value.
• Deal Negotiation: Align terms and close deals that are beneficial for both the client and the company.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and key challenges.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Use Thinkproject's strategy to develop area-specific plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in new markets.
• Collaboration: Work with various internal client-facing teams, including Technical Sales, Services, Marketing, and Partner Management.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and report to management, using this data to support strategic decisions and forecasts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in field sales of SaaS and cloud solutions.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and new clients.
• Experience in results-oriented solution sales with a focus on measurable client outcomes.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
