About the Position
Senior Account Executive (m/f/d) - DACH area
thinkproject, a pioneer in integrating a comprehensive portfolio of mature solutions with an innovative platform, is seeking a Senior Account Executive Enterprise (m/f/d) for the DACH market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings expertise to a rapidly growing construction industry.
Responsibilities
Your Mission
- Responsibility for achieving sales targets in your assigned sales territory with a focus on an existing customer portfolio.
- Manage the entire sales cycle – from initial customer contact to contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with the Presales team to understand customer requirements and create compelling technical and commercial offers.
- Proactively maintain and expand long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Work with the Marketing team to support outbound campaigns and other lead generation initiatives.
Recruiting Process
- Initial conversation with our HR/Recruiting team (in English)
- Interview with your future supervisor
- Case study discussion with your future team
- Final interview with the Head of Sales
- We aim for a quick and efficient recruiting process, typically completed within 2-3 weeks.
Requirements
- Sales expertise and experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in German and English
Nice to Have
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales methodologies
