About the Position
AnyMind Group, one of the fastest-growing startups in the world, is on a mission to make every business borderless. Expanding from marketing tech to cloud manufacturing, D2C brand incubation, entertainment tech, and HR tech, we are now seeking a Senior Account Management Executive to join our team in Cambodia.
In this role, you will develop strong relationships with clients, connect key business executives and stakeholders, and prepare reports for clients. As the Senior Account Management Executive, you will answer clients' queries, identify business opportunities, and liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire client experience. This may require travel sometime.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with local/international companies
- Close deals for new leads and upsell/upscale for existing clients
- Provide consultations on digital operations based on AdAsia team’s expertise
- Act as a key contact person for assigned accounts
- Facilitate and attend meetings with clients to acquire and confirm requirements for digital executions
- Monitor campaigns and ensure contract compliance while looking for improvement points
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent command in both written/spoken English and communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising agencies or ad tech companies
- Experience in communicating with clients directly to maintain good relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Cheerful, self-initiative, good team player, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
