Senior Account Management (Influencer Marketing)

About the Position

AnyMind Thailand, a dynamic and innovative company specializing in influencer marketing and media solutions, is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Account Management (Influencer Marketing) to join our team and drive success in influencer marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Planning project timelines for assigned digital marketing campaigns
• Connect with clients to fully understand their expectations and lead the team to execute and achieve optimal business results
• Understanding each project's requirements and executing for optimal business results
• Liaise with relevant departments to acquire support for growing clients' businesses and fulfill contract compliances
• Monitor campaign performance, look out for potential problems, work on solutions to prevent, and stand by to resolve problems (sometimes during weekends)
• Consolidate reports and customize them according to clients' requirements with key findings and meaningful recommendations
• Acquire relevant data and insights for evaluating account performance and setting digital marketing direction
• Coordinate with third parties to fulfill contract compliance
• Able to upsell once understanding clients' expectations and identifying business areas to grow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Over 3 years of working as Account Executive, Account Management, or related field
• Deep influencer and digital marketing knowledge
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving Skill
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel)
• Good command of English and Thai
