About the Position
Our client is an independent design consultancy based in Singapore and they are looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join their expanding team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of clients’ briefs and be able to oversee project initiation to project completion while building long-lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans based on clients’ briefs with the execution of creative work
- Takes the lead in clients’ marketing strategies
- Continuously build strong client-agency relationships
- Promotes the expansion of business with existing and new clients
- Create presentation decks and present ideas in front of external and internal clients
- Monitoring clients’ monthly P&L and manage the budget for accounts
Requirements
- Min 5-7 years of client servicing experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Well experienced in managing creative led projects
- Demonstrate experience in meeting client requirements
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities to foster long term relationships with clients
- Up to date with latest industry trends and able to articulate trends and potential clearly
- Strong ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
