Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with key merchants and payment partners to ensure mutual growth and long-term success.
  • Hunting & Farming: Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
  • Upsell / Cross-sell: Work with merchants and partners to maximize revenue and adoption of Unlimit solutions.
  • Drive commercial performance: Monitor KPIs, optimize account performance, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with regional and global teams to continuously improve ways of working and enhance the merchant experience.
  • Be the face of Unlimit: Represent the company as a trusted partner, bringing your unique style and ownership to every interaction.
  • Manage priorities: Balance multiple accounts and stakeholders, delivering results within challenging timelines.

Requirements

  • Payments experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the payments industry, with a strong understanding of acquiring, merchant services, or payment partnerships.
  • Client & partnership management: Proven experience managing merchants and/or payment partners, with the ability to grow accounts commercially.
  • Commercially driven: Comfortable owning both hunting and farming responsibilities, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Data-savvy: Able to analyze performance data and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Self-starter: Proactive, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Collaborative and positive: Works well across teams and contributes to a fun, high-performance culture.
