About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing GovTech team in Berlin, managing key accounts and driving growth. At Rulemapping, we make applicable law machine-readable, and your task is to ensure that the organizations working with us derive full benefit and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for a portfolio of existing customers from the public and private sectors, strategically expanding these relationships and ensuring they derive maximum benefit from our solutions.
• You identify potential for up-selling and cross-selling, independently creating and implementing account plans.
• From the ongoing analysis of customer activity and usage, you derive action recommendations and report to management.
• Together with the Delivery, Implementation, and Product teams, you relay customer feedback and translate customer wishes into concrete requirements for further development.
• At reviews, events, and on-site appointments, you represent Rulemapping professionally.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in account management or a comparable role in the SaaS environment.
• Experience with complex B2B sales cycles and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of legal or regulatory processes, ideally with experience in the GovTech or LegalTech sector.
• Completed higher education, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Law, or related fields.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and a structured, self-reliant working style.
• Excellent customer orientation and skill in relationship building.
• Very good German (C2) and English (min. C1) language skills.
