We are seeking a Senior Account Manager dedicated to the Insurance sector to act as an accelerator for our growth in the Insurance vertical. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of insurance processes with the ability to translate business needs into cutting-edge data-driven technological solutions.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Lead the growth strategy in the Insurance sector, expanding the company's positioning with national and international insurance groups.
• Account Strategy: Define commercial action plans for the development of digital innovation projects, particularly in areas such as Data Platform, AI & Analytics.
• Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted partner for clients, understanding industry challenges and proposing value-added solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with delivery managers to ensure consistency between commercial promises and project execution.

Requirements

• Experience: Significant professional background (over 10 years) in management or technology consulting dedicated to the Insurance world.
• Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of business models and operational processes of insurance companies.
• Data Culture: Passion for technological innovation and expertise in Data, Analytics & AI.
• Soft Skills: Strong results orientation, negotiation skills, and strategic vision.
• Languages: Proficiency in English.

We Offer

• Salary Range: Indicative annual salary in the range €45,000.00 - €80,000.00. The position within the range will be defined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to predefined objective criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be evaluated upon internal approval.
