Then become part of our Finance Team and take on a central role in the areas of accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial statement preparation for our companies in Germany and Czechia.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as the creation and quality assurance of postings, provisions, allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• You manage the financial accounting of our German and Czech companies, coordinate external accounting service providers, and ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
• You handle intercompany accounting, including reconciliations and settlements within the corporate group, and support the preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB and Czech GAAP.
• You coordinate audits, tax, and VAT issues, work closely with tax advisors, auditors, and the international Group Finance Team, and ensure timely reporting.
• You prepare management and consolidated reports, support treasury activities such as payment transactions and liquidity planning, and drive the continuous optimization of financial processes, systems, and internal controls.

Your Profile

• You have a successfully completed degree in accounting, finance, business, or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting.
• You have at least seven years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international environment with multiple companies.
• You have in-depth knowledge of accounting under HGB and good knowledge in the area of Czech GAAP and experience with annual financial statements, tax, and VAT issues, as well as audits.
• You are familiar with intercompany accounting, consolidated reporting, consolidation processes, and modern ERP systems such as DATEV, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar solutions, and have excellent Excel skills.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and impress with a structured, analytical, and precise working method as well as professional stakeholder management.
