You will be expected to consistently generate and test new ideas for monetisation innovations.

A key part of the role is to foster strong relationships with external partners to secure the best deals and ensure robust business relations. Internally, you will work closely with the product and growth teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and maximize ad revenue across the portfolio.

  • Manage relationships with ad providers.
  • Propose and drive new monetization initiatives, partnering with engineering to scope and build the solutions behind them.
  • Track eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, and other core KPIs, and report performance and insights to Product, UA, and leadership.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for ad network - technical troubleshooting, escalations, and holding partners accountable to commitments.
  • Comfort designing and reading A/B tests with statistical rigor.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and User Acquisition teams to share insights, enhance workflows, and drive efficiency.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in ad monetisation in gaming.
  • Hands-on experience with MAX mediation platform.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, dashboards, or analytical frameworks.
  • Self-sufficient, autonomous, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
  • Knowledge of Looker for analytics and reporting is a plus.
