About the Position
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Advertiser Manager to join our fast-growing, international team-either at our Cyprus office or remotely. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to grow profit by closing CPM and flat deals, attracting new advertisers, and expanding existing partnerships, using innovative tools and technologies. You will be directly responsible for supporting our company's expansion and strengthening our position in the market.

Responsibilities
- Search for and hunt new advertisers (50% hunting, 50% accounting)
- Achieve sales targets
- Establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Collaborate with the publishers' team
- Attend industry conferences and events
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as an Advertiser Manager or Hunter
- Experience with CPM, CPC, and flat deals is mandatory
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-driven, brings ideas and solutions
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Independent and takes ownership and responsibility
- Strong communicator, open and confident in sharing ideas and opinions
- English B2
