Senior Affiliate Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager for the EU market to join our iGaming team, focusing on partnership programs and promotional campaigns. Our international company, founded in 2016, has offices in Europe and is experiencing extensive growth and strong popularity among customers. Due to our fast development, we are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Affiliate Manager for the EU market.

Responsibilities

• Managing a few partnership programs in the EU market
• Developing bonus programs and promotional campaigns for existing partners and attracting new ones
• Participating in the development of new promo materials and analysis of their conversion
• Working with partners, controlling payment operations
• Setting strategic goals for the growth of the program and tasks to achieve them
• Monitoring the quality of traffic, identifying unsatisfactory traffic
• Weekly reporting, analyzing productivity

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate marketing in i-gaming, understanding the essence and peculiarities of the market
• Experience in working with webmasters, marketers, partnership programs
• Understanding of partnership markets, sources of traffic that webmasters use
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing
• Ability to rate effectiveness, count KPI’s
• Knowledge of CPA, CPL, RevShare, eCPM + CPC
• English and Ukrainian (Upper-Intermediate level)
