About the Position
Senior Agile Coach (all genders)
We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join our team in Berlin, Erlangen, Leipzig, or Münster. This full-time position is perfect for an experienced professional.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams in Agile methodologies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile transformation
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in the IT or software development industry
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master)
