Senior Agile Product Manager

About the Position

As an Agile Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving product delivery and ensuring seamless collaboration between Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Business teams. You will own the delivery process from solution definition through release, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring teams have a shared understanding of business goals, technical direction, and testing strategy.

This role focuses on execution, Agile delivery, and product coordination rather than product strategy or roadmap ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and delivery-ready.
• Drive collaborative solutioning sessions, sprint ceremonies, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate product releases and proactively follow up on impediments, blockers, and DevOps requests.
• Facilitate Agile processes, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, and QA teams to define implementation approaches.
• Help the team establish a shared understanding of the business problem, proposed solution, technical approach, and testing strategy.
• Participate in business working sessions to gain broader product context and provide valuable feedback.
• Contribute to feature refinement by providing implementation-focused feedback and identifying potential gaps.
• Create prototypes and facilitate live prototyping sessions during collaborative solutioning workshops.
• Ensure alignment on delivery milestones and target release dates while keeping teams focused on execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Agile Product Manager, or similar delivery-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and translating business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong facilitation and workshop moderation skills.
• Experience with UAT planning and collaboration during testing activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile management tools.
• English - Advanced, both written and verbal.
