If so, join our Adastra Business Consulting team as a Senior AI Advisory Consultant in Praha 8!

Responsibilities

Lead or co-lead AI Advisory workstreams (AI use case discovery and design, AI strategy, AI maturity and readiness assessments, etc.)
Prepare high-quality client deliverables: decks, use case definitions, roadmaps, and strategic materials
Facilitate workshops and interviews with business and technical stakeholders independently
Support presales and sales activities by participating in workshops, preparing proposals, and responding to RFPs
Contribute to offering development and support all activities within AI Advisory
Collaborate with cross-entities and cross-competences across Adastra Group
Lead Consultants and Associates on project tasks and support their professional growth

Requirements

4–6 years in management consulting or business consulting focused on AI, digital transformation, or data/analytics
Ability to structure complex business problems and design clear, executive-level solution narratives
Strong business analysis skills (process mapping, requirements gathering, value and ROI definition)
Ability to build business cases and articulate value drivers and impact
Confident stakeholder management across business units, IT, data teams, and executive leadership
Excellent communication and storytelling skills (slides and verbal)
Ability to translate business needs into structured analytics/AI use cases and functional requirements
Solid understanding of data foundations (data flows, transformation, readiness, analytics)
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and technologies
Ability to discuss high-level solution architectures with data and AI engineers (no coding expected)
Experience leading workstreams or small teams
Ability to guide and mentor Consultants and Associates
Strong ownership mindset, responsibility, and reliable delivery under deadlines
Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking on responsibility

Nice to Have

Experience in at least one industry: manufacturing, pharma, banking, or retail
Understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Exposure to data governance or AI governance topics
Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Fluency in Czech and English required
