Senior AI Applied Value Architect

About the Position

Join Celonis as a Senior AI Applied Value Architect to drive AI-driven business transformation in North America. As part of the Value Engineering team, you will be at the forefront of deploying the Celonis Platform to tackle strategic business challenges, ensuring strong ROI through deep and broad deployments.

Responsibilities

• Value Selling & Realization: Uncover real issues by peeling back layers of organizational complexity. Own the outcome from first discovery through realized ROI for your process areas. Craft powerful executive narratives and lead business value workshops.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate executive sponsorship across core business units to champion transformation programs. Co-own change management with customer leaders and design CoE roadmaps that build self-sufficiency.
• Program Management: Steer global transformations across complex workstreams. Own and implement AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management. Automate executive governance with minimal manual friction.
• Platform & AI Fluency: Act as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI tools for rapid technical outputs while partnering with Applied Value Engineers for deep-dive solution builds. Champion platform adoption.
• Scale Value & Innovation: Build a strategic expansion roadmap embedding Celonis as a strategic platform to drive adoption. Provide feedback to R&D based on evolving customer use cases.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• AI & Technical Fluency: Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle). Operate primarily as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI copilots to generate outputs and automations.
• Builder Mentality: Comfortable setting your own direction within an account team. Driven to live for customer value, proactively hunting and ideating for highest-impact solutions.
• Process Improvement & Value Realization: Proven expertise in executing process improvements.
• Strategic Program & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs. Expert at mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship. Flawless English communication with commanding executive presence.
• Domain & Industry: Deep understanding of the Finance/Supply Chain domains. Stay continuously updated on business-critical use cases.
• Degree: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor.
• Travel Requirement: Frequent US travel is required. Candidates must be eligible for TN status under CUSMA. Continued employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining and maintaining valid TN status.

The base salary range for this full-time, Remote, Toronto-based position is $179,000 - $204,000 CAD. The total compensation package includes base salary, bonus/commission, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, life insurance, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.

Candidates must be currently legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without requiring company sponsorship, LMIA support, or employer-assisted work permits.
