Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI use cases with clients and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop ML and GenAI solutions, e.g., with LLMs, RAG, or classical machine learning methods.
• Design data and ML pipelines and bring AI solutions to production-like environments.
• Collaborate with cloud, data, and platform teams.
• Ensure stable, scalable, and traceable AI systems.
• Bring your technical expertise to client projects, workshops, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of practical experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar libraries.
• Experience with GenAI topics such as LLMs, RAG, prompting, or AI-assisted applications.
• Understanding of how AI solutions are developed from idea to production-ready implementation.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into viable AI solutions.
• Very good German and English skills.
