About the Position
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to work on the development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions, transforming business needs into scalable, high-impact applications. The professional will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop and operationalize Machine Learning models and applications based on LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions
- Create applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Design data pipelines and MLOps processes for training, evaluating and monitoring models
- Build AI agents, chatbots and solutions based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems and cloud platforms
- Collaborate with business areas, data engineering and software development to identify automation and innovation opportunities
- Ensure the quality, performance, security and governance of developed solutions
- Monitor trends and best practices in AI and GenAI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
- Proficiency in Python development
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph and LlamaIndex or similar
- Familiarity with language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or open-source models)
- Understanding of vector databases and RAG architecture
- Skills in REST APIs and system integration
- Knowledge of Git, Docker and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Nice to Have
- Experience with MLOps and observability tools
- Knowledge of Databricks, MLflow and enterprise AI platforms
- Expertise in Kubernetes and microservices architecture
- Certifications in Cloud, Databricks or Generative AI
- Experience in AI projects applied to sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, finance or insurance
