About the Position

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with expertise in AI, LLM, and backend development to join our innovative tech team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend frameworks, data structures, and orchestration layers for intelligent software.
• Manage product lifecycles from initial proof-of-concept stages through to scalable market deployment.
• Coordinate robust mitigation strategies, evaluation models, and human-in-the-loop workflows to optimize platform reliability.
• Collaborate across cross-functional business lines to translate ambiguous functional criteria into operational features.
• Evaluate emerging technical frameworks and tools to maintain market competitiveness and enhance existing operations.

Requirements

• Academic background in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Proven technical track record in system architecture, distributed services, or full lifecycle digital product management.
• Competency in modern application patterns, information retrieval methods, and automated system workflows.
• Strong baseline in backend programming languages or structured prototyping methodologies.
• Adaptable mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving accountability and collaborative project milestones.
