Senior AI Engineer

About the Position

AI engineers who ship to production, not demos

LLM/RAG assistants, AI agents, recommenders, and computer vision - built by senior engineers and integrated into enterprise landscapes, with data governance your legal team will sign off.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy LLM & RAG assistants on LangChain, vector search with Faiss, Milvus, Pinecone.
• Implement AI agents and workflow automation into existing systems and APIs.
• Build recommender systems at bank scale, from feature pipelines to online serving.
• Create real-time video analytics, detection, and recognition systems with low-latency edge inference.
• Manage MLOps with MLflow, Azure ML, Databricks; training-to-serving pipelines, monitoring, and drift control.
• Ensure data governance by default, with models running on client-approved infrastructure.

Requirements

• 11+ years in software, 6+ in ML
• Expertise in CV & video analytics
• Experience with RAG & GenAI at a global retailer
• Proficiency in English (C1)

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM, computer vision, real-time video analytics, edge inference, and data governance.
