About the Position
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer (Data) to join our team in Wrocław, developing AI agents and AI-driven solutions. Our client’s Data Platform centrally manages enterprise data used across multiple business functions. As part of a large-scale AI transformation, the organization is developing AI Agents for various departments and is seeking an experienced engineer to help design, build, and deploy responsive AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and agentic workflows for business use cases
- Build AI applications using Python and modern LLM frameworks
- Design RAG-based and AI-driven architectures leveraging enterprise data
- Implement and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI
- Optimize AI agent performance, evaluation metrics, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with data teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions
Requirements
- Experience in the development of AI Solutions (Agentic AI, LLM Applications, Prompt & Context Engineering, RAG)
- Strong expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI platforms
- Experience developing Python solutions integrating AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph)
- Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., Azure)
- Skills in designing, building, and refining AI agents with prompt engineering
- Experience in designing solution architectures to support use case planning and implementation
- Very good English skills
