About the Position
We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who builds GenAI/LLM applications and takes them to production. You’ll work directly with the Head of AI Competency to prototype internal tools, validate AI approaches, and ship solutions that work. You’ll own projects end-to-end: from quick POCs to production-ready systems.
Your Role
- Build and ship GenAI applications (RAG systems, AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation);
- Own the AI Workflow Platform and similar internal tools;
- Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks, recommend what’s worth adopting;
- Support client projects with technical depth when needed;
- Help establish AI-assisted engineering practices across teams.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of software engineering experience;
- 2+ years of experience with LLMs/GenAI in production environments;
- Experience with shipping GenAI applications to production (RAG, agents, chatbots);
- Proficient in Python;
- Experience with Strands Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks;
- Experience with AI coding agents (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar);
- Knowledge of agentic patterns and their limitations;
- Knowledge of cloud deployments (AWS preferred, others acceptable);
- B2+ level of English.
Nice to Have
- Some experience in vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector);
- Contributions to open-source AI projects;
- AWS/Azure AI certifications;
- Notion of model fine-tuning techniques.
