About the Position
We are looking for a skilled Senior AI Engineer to help build cutting-edge content intelligence applications. The position centers on applying state-of-the-art diffusion models for both generating and analyzing content, while also constructing solid frameworks and agentic workflows. You will utilize tools like Firefly and play a part in creating agents, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and agentic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create, build, and support content intelligence applications that use diffusion models for automated content generation and analysis
- Develop and improve harnesses and pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying models, making use of platforms such as Firefly
- Build intelligent agents and agentic workflows that automate and streamline content-related tasks
- Design and deploy MCPs to enable scalable and modular content processing
- Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure the performance of models and agents
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed content intelligence solutions into wider product ecosystems
- Keep current with the newest progress in generative AI, diffusion models, and content intelligence technologies
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with solid Python programming abilities and a proven history of building and deploying ML models
- Practical experience with generative AI models, particularly diffusion models (such as Stable Diffusion, Denoising Diffusion Probabilistic Models)
- Knowledge of content generation and analysis methods, including NLP and computer vision
- Experience with agent frameworks and constructing agentic workflows (such as LangChain, OpenAI Agents, custom agent architectures)
- Capability to build and maintain evaluation frameworks for AI models
- Competence with orchestration tools and harnesses for model training and deployment (such as Firefly, MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Solid problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Outstanding communication abilities for working across teams and producing documentation
- English skills at B2 level or above
Nice to Have
- A higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable AI deployment
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
