Senior AI Engineer

About the Position

We’re leading the development of a cutting-edge AI-powered event management system specifically designed for a major tourism event scheduled for the end of this year. Our mission is to create a smart, seamless experience for attendees by incorporating state-of-the-art AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI models using Python, FastAPI, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Work with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Prompt Engineering.
• Utilize vector databases and embedding models.
• Integrate frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong software engineering expertise in Python, with a focus on FastAPI, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with Neura AI is a big plus.
• Experience with multi-agent libraries/frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen, and Taskweave is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud computing platforms and their AI Services (Azure - preferred, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing is a plus.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation.
• Experience with version control, small and regular commits, unit tests, CI/CD, packaging, and Docker.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
