As a Senior AI Growth Strategist CRM based in Lisbon, you will be part of a CRM team split between Lisbon and Munich. You will shape the AI roadmap that elevates our CRM, uncovering growth opportunities that make every customer interaction smarter, faster, and more relevant, and our work more efficient. Responsibilities

• Shape our AI roadmap for CRM by identifying the biggest growth opportunities, prioritizing them, and turning them into agentic solutions that make our CRM more efficient, effective, and impactful for our customers.
• Analyze our current technical CRM setup, understand its dependencies and limitations, and improve it by replacing manual processes with agents.
• Collaborate closely with CRM colleagues to understand their use cases, needs, and requirements, ensuring the tools and agents we build fit real day-to-day work and are adopted with confidence.
• Work with Tech, Analytics, and Product to enrich the CRM data catalogue for better segmentation signals, richer personalization inputs, and fewer blind spots.
• Bring the customer's perspective into everything you build, understanding what our customers truly need and which data signals matter, so our agents make decisions that are relevant to the people on the other end.
• Build the AI agent network that powers CRM across the team, designing the logic for segmentation, content generation, personalization, and orchestration so the system runs and improves autonomously.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in MarTech or Marketing Automation, ideally from a mobility, airline, or travel and hospitality company, with measurable outcomes you personally drove.
• Product & Customer Understanding: Eager to understand our product in depth, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to translate customer needs into meaningful data signals.
• Technical Understanding & Operational Curiosity: Drawn to understanding how things actually work beneath the surface and using that understanding to build better, faster, more autonomous systems.
• AI Problem-Solving & Innovative Thinking: Actively use AI coding and automation tools to build real things-agents, pipelines, tooling-not just to speed up existing tasks but to replace them entirely with smarter systems. Think big and bring creative, unconventional, agentic ideas to the problems you take on.
• Strategic Judgement & Prioritization: Make clear, well-founded value-driven decisions. Weigh impact against effort and risk, sequence initiatives into a roadmap, and bring stakeholders along. Show how your decisions moved the needle.
• Bias for Action: Value speed over perfection. Start from an MVP, ship, measure, and iterate. Be energized by ambiguity and always looking for the next problem before being asked.
