Senior AI Product Manager - B2B SaaS (Martech)

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager in Insider day in and day out you:

• Define the why, when, and what of the products that the engineering team is building.
• Lead cross-functional teams from product ideation to launch.
• Build a product and strategy which reflects Insider's vision.
• Define the release process and coordinate all activities required to bring the product to market.
• Manage and prioritize product items.
• Define and analyze metrics to calculate product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Create great products that everybody loves.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
• Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule.
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.).
• Experience with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
• Experience building or iterating on customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms.
• Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

• Experience with low-code/no-code tools.
• Experience with drag-and-drop automation platforms.
