Senior AI Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities
As a Senior AI Strategy Consultant, you will:
- Co-create Data & AI strategies with client leadership.
- Secure sponsorship and alignment across business and tech stakeholders.
- Translate strategy into roadmaps and orchestrate execution across multiple teams and vendors.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and long-term sustainability are embedded in delivery.
- Act as the trusted advisor who stays close to outcomes, not just slides.
- Work hand-in-hand with our scientists, engineers, and consultants to ensure delivery is anchored in strategy.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in both English and Dutch.
- Passion for creating business impact with Data & AI.
- Ability to align executive stakeholders across complex transformations and create momentum for change.
- Comfort in facilitating workshops, guiding decision-making, and bringing people together across business and technology domains.
- Solid understanding of topics such as data architecture, data management, and operating models, and knowing when to involve specialized experts.
- Enjoyment in storytelling and translating complex topics into clear and inspiring narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience overseeing the delivery or guiding the execution of strategic initiatives is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, or data strategy.
- Comfort in leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Ability to shape your own path rather than prefer detailed instructions.
- Confidence in taking the stage.
