Senior AI Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

As a Senior AI Strategy Consultant at Xebia, you will:

Co-create Data & AI strategies with client leadership.
Secure sponsorship and alignment across business and tech stakeholders.
Translate strategy into roadmaps and orchestrate execution across multiple teams and vendors.
Ensure governance, compliance, and long-term sustainability are embedded in delivery.
Act as the trusted advisor who stays close to outcomes, not just slides.
Work hand-in-hand with our scientists, engineers, and consultants to ensure delivery is anchored in strategy.

Requirements

Passionate about creating business impact with Data & AI.
Ability to align executive stakeholders across complex transformations and create momentum for change.
Comfortable facilitating workshops, guiding decision-making, and bringing people together across business and technology domains.
Solid understanding of topics such as data architecture, data management, and operating models, and know when to involve specialized experts.
Enjoy storytelling and can translate complex topics into clear and inspiring narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience overseeing the delivery or guiding the execution of strategic initiatives is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, or data strategy.
Experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
Comfortable shaping your own path instead of following detailed instructions.
Confident in taking the stage and leading discussions.
