About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Analog-Mixed Signal Design Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Advanced Electronics & Semiconductor Solutions (AESS) department in Timisoara. You will specify, design, and implement functional circuit blocks to meet the specifications of an IC in our innovative automotive applications.

Responsibilities

Participation in feasibility studies for ASICs and specification definition
Transistor level circuit design
Design, simulation, and test of analog and mixed signal circuits
Design documentation
Design validation
Development of test procedures

Requirements

Master of Science / PhD in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics / Physics or similar
5+ years of relevant design experience in analog mixed-signal circuits
Experience in design of analog circuits
Good understanding of BCD technologies
Good understanding of semiconductor backend production (testing, assembly, failure analysis)
Experience with Electronics CAD Tools (ideally IC design know-how, Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor)
Very good English language skills written and spoken
Planning and organizing skills, ability to take initiative and to communicate effectively, eagerness to grow and develop
