Senior Analyst, Analytics & Insights

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Analytics & Insights to join our team in Hong Kong SAR. As a key member of our Business Intelligence and Research team, you will work closely with various teams to uncover actionable insights from our data. Your role will be pivotal in empowering Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about generating value from data and shaping the future of our products.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into well-defined analytics goals, testable hypotheses, and success metrics.
• Develop and apply structured analytical frameworks (e.g., funnel analysis, segmentation, experimentation) to solve complex business problems and uncover key drivers of performance.
• Produce analytical outputs that highlight trends, anomalies, and actionable insights, enabling informed business decisions.
• Synthesize findings into concise, actionable recommendations, clearly communicating implications, risks, and trade-offs to different audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders across the company (Operations, Product, Marketing, Platform) to influence business objectives and guide data-driven decisions.
• Mentor and inspire junior analysts on the team.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with a good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience using Tableau or other BI tools for reporting and analyses.
• Proficiency in Python or R is a plus.
• Proven track record of leveraging data to influence decision-making.
• Good command of English (both written and oral).
