Responsibilities

Your mission will be to deeply understand the needs of APAC customers and help your team to focus on solving their most critical problems.

• Derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, which includes funnel analysis to optimize conversions across the customer journey from onboarding, retention to reactivation
• Partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to set growth KPIs for the region and monitor the impact of new product features on conversion, stickiness, and engagement
• Help to understand our customers to uncover unmet needs to support on strategic product discovery research for new product opportunities
• Help building conviction on high-value areas and challenging them if there are faster or more effective ways to grow the market
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, where ideas are shared and openness is valued

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a data-driven and complex environment with limited guidance
• Strong analytical mind and product intuition
• Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools
• Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, designers, analysts)
• Understanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar
• Excellent data visualization and presentation skills
• Hustler-mentality. You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done.

• Knowledge of the fintech ecosystem
• Knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT
• Experience on funnel optimization
• Experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
• Interest in learning new tools
