About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Analytics Manager - Compliance to lead the EMEA Compliance Analytics branch of the Compliance & Internal Audit Analytics team at Wise.
You’ll partner with 2nd line Compliance in Europe, the UK, and MEA to ensure they can execute against the Compliance regulatory reporting schedule, as well as leveraging data to proactively monitor risks. You’ll lead a team of 3-4 analysts, so your time will be split between hands-on work (40%) and leadership responsibilities (60%).
Responsibilities
- Partnering with stakeholders across the Compliance function covering all regions, products, and domains of the business (including Financial Crime, Ops, Risk, Finance, and IT)
- Taking ownership of the engagement model between analytics and Compliance for delivering regulatory reporting and moving towards building automated pipelines for recurring reports
- Identifying & implementing opportunities to do the most impactful analytics within testing projects and influencing and upskilling your partners in Compliance to do the same
- Defining and tracking KPIs to measure the team’s success and impact
- Championing innovation and data-driven insights across all Compliance activities where analytics can add value
- Leading automation and tooling projects to increase efficiency across Compliance
