About the Position
Senior Architect
We are currently looking for a Senior Architect responsible for managing the projects of the Architecture Team in an autonomous way. Supervised by the 3D Director, this person is going to work within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of tasks and deliverables.
- Ensure that all tasks are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Supervision and management of 3D rendering teams.
- Art direction and supervision of interior design proposals, finishes, and attention to details.
Requirements
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
- Proven working experience of at least 5 years.
- Good working knowledge of real estate 3D renderings.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills respecting deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Be collaborative and effective working in team groups.
Desired Skills
We are looking for someone who has proven experience in 3D or architecture studios, and that can manage conceptually tasks while contributing with new ideas throughout the creative process.
