About the Position

Atos, a leading provider of digital transformation services, is seeking a Senior Architect SAP MDG (m/w/d) to join our team in Germany. As a trusted partner for complex and business-critical environments, Atos supports organizations in highly regulated and sovereign contexts.

Responsibilities

• Identification and Documentation: Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Workshops: Moderate workshops to capture business and technology requirements and validate solutions.
• Expertise Provision: Provide functional and technical expertise for planning, design, implementation, and testing of SAP Material Master in product/system/solution business related to MDG-M and related applications.
• Cost Estimates: Create and review cost estimates for customer requirements related to RFPs and RFQs for new implementations and extensions.
• Solution Development: Develop solution concepts based on MM and MDG standard functionalities.
• Implementation: Plan and execute solution implementation in parallel.
• Project Management: Plan and oversee development, configuration, integration, testing, and data migration of various global support teams.
• Documentation: Create documentation using relevant methods and tools (Jira or SolutionManager).
• Customer Engagement: Develop templates for customer decision-makers, conduct customer/user presentations, and workshops in English and German.
• Knowledge Management: Build know-how in innovative business or technological topics and actively participate in Atos internal Knowledge Management.
• Business Opportunities: Proactively identify business opportunities within ongoing projects and participate in related sales activities.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between business functions and the technical team.
• Support: Ensure ad-hoc training and user support as needed.
• Independence: Work independently and responsibly.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Several years of professional and project experience in consulting in the field of SAP technology and master data management in SAP ERP & S/4HANA projects.
• Technical Skills: Experience with SAP MDG, Fiori, CDS-Views, SAP CAP, SAP RAP, Business Technology Platform, BRF+, SAP Solution Manager, and JIRA.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English.
• Soft Skills: Initiative, learning ability, analytical skills, organizational skills, quality orientation, communication skills, teamwork, motivation, enthusiasm, high flexibility, good presentation skills, independent and punctual work, secure communication with customers, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Travel: Willingness to travel for international/national project assignments.
