担当業務

クライアントの課題解決に繋がるクリエイティブ戦略・企画の立案から実行まで、幅広い業務をお任せします。

クライアントのマーケティング課題やブランド戦略に基づいた、コミュニケーション戦略およびクリエイティブ企画の立案
グラフィックデザイン制作およびアートディレクション業務（プレゼンテーション含む）
クリエイティブアイディアの発想、カンプ・コンテ制作、プレゼンテーション準備・実施
社内外のデザイナーや外部の協力会社と連携し、クオリティの高いクリエイティブを実現するためのディレクション
案件や状況に応じて、自ら手を動かしクリエイティブのクオリティを追求する実制作業務

求める経験・スキル

広告代理店、制作会社等でのアートディレクション実務経験3年以上、またはデザイナーとしての実務経験5年以上
大手クライアントの主要プロジェクトにおける、企画立案、プレゼンテーション、ディレクションのご経験
戦略的思考に基づいたクリエイティブ開発能力、およびブランドマネジメントスキル
企画から実行までを一貫して推進できる問題分析力・問題解決能力
Photoshop、Illustratorを用いたグラフィックデザインの実務経験
日本語：ビジネスレベル以上

歓迎される経験・スキル

CMプランニング、デジタル、アクティベーション領域におけるクリエイティブ経験
日用消費財（FMCG）分野でのクリエイティブ経験（コスメ・ヘアケア・ビューティー、洗剤、柔軟剤、消臭剤などの経験は特に歓迎します）
国内外の広告賞、コンテンツ領域での受賞歴
チームや組織をリードし、相乗効果を生み出すマネジメント経験
英語：ビジネスレベル（会話・読み書きができる方は業務の幅が広がります）
