Details

Location: Hybrid model - 2 days per week in the office in Warsaw (plac Konesera)

Supervisor: Creative Director

Collaboration: Creative Team, Strategy, Client Service, Production

Daily Tasks

• Creating and leading visual flagship campaigns for key brands from the agency's portfolio
• Strategic approach to creation - building ideas and ensuring their consistency regardless of format
• Full responsibility for the visual quality of projects: from idea to execution
• Partnering with strategy and client service to find solutions that realistically meet the brief
• Mentoring and inspiring junior designers and artists
• Participation in tenders, presentations, and reviews

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading creative/digital agencies
• Strong campaigns in the portfolio - ideally those that have lived beyond the presentation
• Thinks with ideas but delivers craft at the highest level
• Ability to manage the aesthetics of a large brand and give it a fresh direction
• Can lead and present projects to both the creative director and the business client
• Up-to-date with technology (AI, tech-driven creative)
• Feels responsible for the project, not just their part of the work
• Ability to work with people and knows that the best things are created as a team
• English proficiency allowing for fluent presentation and work with an international client

Salary

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role, our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.

Poland Pay Range

8 500 zł-17 042 zł PLN
