Senior Associate - Accounts Payable - Global Service Centre

Join DP World's Global Service Centre as a Senior Associate - Accounts Payable, responsible for invoice processing and vendor reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable processes, including invoice checking & processing (2-way & 3-way), vendor reconciliation, and resolve vendor queries.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Timely response to queries raised by internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and address inquiries related to accounts payable.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline AP/GL workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with audit requirements and best practices.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous process enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Effective communication (fluent in English) and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in shipping/logistics company.
