Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence:
- Strong expertise in financial diligence, analyzing financial statements, working capital, debt, and cash flow trends.
- Solid understanding of transaction support processes, including quality of earnings, normalized EBITDA, and key diligence adjustments.
- Proficient in evaluating historical financial performance to identify risks, value drivers, and deal-relevant insights.
- Working knowledge of consulting frameworks and analytical tools to support accurate, data-driven diligence outputs.
- Chartered Accountant qualification with a strong technical foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and audit principles.
Requirements
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of Post CA experience
