About the Position
We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the Senior Associate/Associate position in the Life Sciences & Healthcare practice.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal support to Life Sciences & Healthcare, Food and Beverage companies on issues arising at the Ukrainian and international levels;
- Drafting necessary documents (memoranda, legal opinions, agreements, position papers, contracts, etc.);
- Communication with clients, preparation of commercial offers;
- PR activity (legal alerts, newsletters, publications, comments, presentations, etc.);
- Monitoring legislative changes and court practice;
- General legal support for projects of the practice.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience;
- University degree in Law;
- Attorney’s license will be an advantage;
- Advanced level of English is obligatory;
- Experience in advising on Ukrainian and international issues;
- Knowledge of the concepts of Life Sciences & Healthcare, Food and Beverage regulation will be an advantage;
- Ability to work with extensive information volumes in short terms;
- Analytical and strategic thinking;
- Experienced PC, Liga user.
