Senior Automation Tester

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester specializing in Java or JavaScript for a leading software house, focusing on automotive and public sector projects. The company is a strategic partner for world-class clients across various sectors, leading in consulting, digital transformation, and delivering modern technological solutions.

Work Model: Hybrid - Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk - three days remotely / two days from the office

Technologies commonly used in projects:

• Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, JUnit, TestNG;
• Maven, Gradle;
• Playwright, Appium, Selenium, Selenium Grid, Cypress, WebdriverIO;
• REST-assured, WireMock;
• WebServices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT;
• Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube;
• AWS, Azure, GCP.

Responsibilities

Your future tasks will include:

• Leading the test automation team (UI and API);
• Designing or developing test architecture in the project;
• Configuring automated test sets in a continuous integration environment;
• Performing tests, analyzing results, and reporting;
• Supporting junior team members;
• Developing test frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in software test automation (Java, JavaScript);
• Experience in agile software development methods;
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD);
• Knowledge of test management methods;
• Advanced knowledge of the English language.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of the German language;
• Experience in a Team Lead/Tech Lead role;
• Education in IT or related fields;
• Experience as a Scrum Master;
