Senior Backend Developer

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer with strong backend orientation to play a key role in developing of large-scale platform using the most up to date technologies. This is a huge challenge and an opportunity to get in at an interesting phase of the product and make a significant impact while working as part of a young and fun team in an environment which fosters innovation, independence, responsibility and always keeps the customer in mind.

Responsibilities

• Research and prototyping of new micro-services.
• Development of application's API.
• Development of our system monitoring, stats systems, 3rd party integrations.
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of features spanning a full web-based distributed cloud application stack.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Adding new integrations to the system: API & user-side.
• Cloud services research.
• Write automation test cases.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of Experience in TypeScript, JavaScript and NodeJS
• Background and experience in Relational databases
• GraphQl Knowledge.
• Knowledge in NoSQL databases (MognoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, CF, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS and much more).
• Good familiarity with Tests frameworks (Jest, Mocha.)

Nice to Have

• Background in Microservices, GIT and Jenkins.
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
• Experience with Serverless Framework
• B.Sc. in computer science (or an equivalent degree).
