Senior Banking & Finance lawyers (6-8 years PQE) – RTPR

RTPR is looking for an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer ready to take a leading role on complex Romanian and cross-border transactions, work directly with clients and help drive deals from structuring to closing.
Our Banking & Finance practice is ranked Tier 1 in all legal directories: Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR1000. Across the firm, 17 RTPR lawyers are individually recognised by IFLR1000 – more than at any other Romanian law firm.
We are looking for a lawyer with 6-8 years of Banking & Finance experience, strong technical and commercial judgement, excellent English and the confidence to manage transactions, clients and junior colleagues.
You will work in lean teams, with significant responsibility and direct involvement in some of the market’s most sophisticated financing transactions.
