Responsibilities
The Senior Rewards Specialist – Benefits is responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy, employee needs, and market best practices.
- Manage and coordinate employee benefits programs.
- Analyze the competitiveness and effectiveness of existing benefits offerings.
- Collaborate with external vendors for the implementation and administration of benefits programs.
- Manage operational and contractual relationships with benefits providers.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment processes and employee communication initiatives.
- Analyze benefits costs and utilization data and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports and analysis regarding benefits utilization and effectiveness.
- Provide support to employees and managers regarding benefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance of benefits programs with applicable legislation and internal policies.
- Monitor market trends and recommend new benefits initiatives.
Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Benefits or Total Rewards.
- Hands-on experience managing employee benefits programs.
- Experience working with external vendors and contract negotiation is considered an advantage.
- Good understanding of legislation related to employee benefits.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Advanced English level.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
