(Senior) Berater SAP QM in SAP S/4HANA (m/w/d)

About the Position

Gambit Consulting GmbH is seeking a (Senior) Berater SAP QM in SAP S/4HANA (m/w/d) to join our team in Wien, AT. This role specializes in quality management and SAP implementations.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the quality management (QM) segment in on-premise or cloud implementation projects of SAP S/4HANA (with interfaces to other areas), plan the corresponding phases of these projects, and implement them in the team, based on what has been jointly planned and decided.
• You will independently conduct process analysis at the customer's site, analyze the status quo, and design future processes.
• Together with the customers, you will optimize processes in the QM area and develop creative ideas for improvements.
• You will implement end-to-end processes across departments and in close coordination with the involved project team, handle all necessary tests, and be responsible for acceptance.
• You will create specifications and requirements for smaller programs, applying your process-oriented thinking, and implement necessary measures together with the GAMBIT development team.
• Besides SAP S/4HANA implementations, you will also take on other projects, tasks, and work, for example, in the area of M&A projects or in process and strategy consulting.

Requirements

• You have already worked in the SAP area at a consulting firm or in a company, possibly already implemented projects in the QM area or have experience as a SAP user or key user – or you have skills that also allow for a lateral entry.
• You have gained experience in SAP implementation projects (ideally SAP S/4HANA) and are familiar with the implementation and optimization of end-to-end processes.
• You enjoy working in a team and think beyond the boundaries of your field.
• You are open to new technical developments and changes, curious, and always ready to learn.
• You can handle intensive phases in projects and always maintain calm and the necessary overview.
• You do not shy away from conflicts but represent your point of view confidently and sovereignly.
