Responsibilities

• Teamwork and Project Participation: Collaborate in teams and ongoing projects across all project phases.
• Requirement Analysis: Conduct analysis and define technical and business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Consulting Projects: Execute complex consulting projects and advise clients on technical and operational aspects of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Workshops: Prepare and conduct workshops with users and clients.
• Interface Function: Act as a liaison between business and IT.
• Project Management: Lead projects and sub-projects.
• Team Leadership: Manage external service providers and internal staff to expand the team.

Requirements

• Education: Diplom, Master, Bachelor, Magister, or equivalent in Business, Science, or Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Skills: Proficiency in SAP project management or leading SAP teams.
• Attributes: Results-oriented, reliable, and strong communication skills.
• Languages: Good English skills due to international focus.
• Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for projects (approximately 80% remote work possible).
